This is a rare example as Queen Victoria is wearing a tiara not a crown.
Unlike the other two types, the laurel leaves on the back are very finely engraved.
The bar is stamped STERLING and VAUGHNTON & SONS BIRM
There are three distinct types of this jewel-

TH212A The Queen wearing the Tudor Crown.
TH212B The Queen wearing a tiara.
Although not hallmarked the jewel tests for silver.
