The 1887 Queen Victoria Golden Jubilee jewel with original ribbon.
This is a rare example as Queen Victoria is wearing a tiara not a crown.
Unlike the other two types, the laurel leaves on the back are very finely engraved.
The bar is stamped STERLING and VAUGHNTON & SONS BIRM
There are three distinct types of this jewel-
TH212 The Queen wearing The St. Edwards Crown.
TH212A The Queen wearing The Tudor Crown,
212B The Queen wearing a tiara.
Silver-gilt and enamel.
