The Masonic Million Fund (Hall-stone design) jewel TH 231c in 12ct Hallmarked gold.
The jewel also has the back-stamp .5 (for 12ct gold).
An extremely scarce as the very few other gold Hall-stone jewels I have seen have all been made in 9ct. gold.
This jewel with its 12ct gold Hallmark were used for the listing in The Medals and Jewels of British Freemasonry by Trevor I. Harris.
This rare jewel is in the excellent condition, although the name of the recipient is no longer discernible.
He belonged to Lodge No. 67, Lodge Star of the East, which meets in Calcutta, India.
A truly wonderful and spectacular jewel to see.
With full gold Hallmarks for Birmingham with the Hallmark Letter X, which is for 1922, the first year this jewel was issued.
