TH603-22 The very large Antients design Royal Arch Members jewel from Mount Sion Chapter No. 22.

Mount Sion Chapter was formed in 1810. Although originally attached to the Antients Lodge of Prudent Brethren No. 145, in 1866 the Lodge transferred its attachment to Neptune Lodge No. 22.

The jewel was presented to Comp. Charles Stainton and is dated AL 5829 and AD 1825.

It measures 5 1/2 cm by 9 cm and 15cm including the ribbon.

The jewel was made by George Reid of Fetter Lane.

Silver-gilt with full London Hallmarks for 1825 including the portrait of King George IV.
