TH603 (c) An absolutely beautiful very large 1824 THOMAS HARPER gold or gilt Antients/Scottish Royal Arch Chapter jewel.
The jewel is absolutely beautiful and stunning to look at and gleams in the light. The jewel measures just under 5.cm x 7cm.
It bares the inscription T. Harper Fleet Street Fecit.
The jewel is also inscribed with the owners name John Carline Junr. and is dated AL5824 and AD1824 and has the Chapter number 941.
A beautiful and very special jewel, perhaps the nicest of this type I have ever seen.
The jewel is described as gilt but it may well be gold and it is untested.
