A superb jewel with no less than 35 small brilliants around the centre.
All the brilliants are complete and appear to be original.
The jewel has a Birmingham hallmark for 1865, and is therefore an early example of this much sought after jewel, as similar jewels of this type usually date from the 1880’s.
It is a superb and very special jewel with a typical mid-Victorian hanger, and it would be a pleasure to wear.
